Boo and Moe are brothers living in Philly. Their father died at a young age of a drug overdose so they were raised by a tough mother. The boy became street savvy eventually creating one of the strongest street gangs in the city.
Boo befriends a Youngman named Steve and becoming a mentor to the younger man as a man named Rufus was to him in his youth. The story take a turn, deception and greed kick into over drive. regretful things are done and ghost from the past arise to seek vengeance.
